How these fit together
The Terms of Service are the contract. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer are part of them and are incorporated by reference, so reading the Terms alone does not give you the whole agreement.
The Disclaimer is deliberately a separate document rather than a buried clause. For a tool that produces financial projections, it is the most important thing published here.
When a document changes
An amended document gets a new version and a new effective date, and the version it replaces stays reachable at its own dated address. Nothing published here is edited quietly — if it changed, the changelog says so and the previous wording remains available.
Not yet published
A copyright and intellectual property notice has a reserved address but has not been written. Its page says so rather than presenting as finished.
